Lauri Strain, founder and directing principal of Attune Real Estate, learned early on in her career that understanding her clients’ needs and the market, along with top negotiation skills, would lead to her unparalleled success.

A native Californian, Lauri moved to the Central Coast in 2006 with her husband, Jim, and their children, Jake, Summer, and Ian. Their two dogs, Buddy and Mojo, have since joined the family, as well as their three-legged cat, Skippy, and Orange Kitty. 
 
As a long-time resident, Lauri understands the intrinsic appeal and beauty of the region. From the picturesque vineyards and superb winemakers to the jagged coastlines and rolling hills, it’s truly a special place. And more than that, it’s home. 
 
Family, friends, and fitness are her joy. Lauri loves her life and puts that focus and passion in all that she does. With deep roots in the community, schools, and nonprofits, she is also passionate about helping local families in need and donates a portion of all commissions to a San Luis Obispo-based organization.
